UniVerse of Aelia Kos - Experiences

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the UniVerse of Aelia Kos Greece Experience ("Experience") organized by Mindful Experience GmbH ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for the Experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for the Experience.

3. EXPERIENCE DETAILS

3.1. The Experience is designed to provide transformative experiences combining modern mysticism with professional entrepreneurship.

3.2. Specific dates, locations, and detailed itinerary will be communicated separately to confirmed participants.

3.3. The Company reserves the right to modify the Experience program as necessary.

4. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

4.1. Registration is subject to availability and approval by the Company.

4.2. Full payment is required to secure your participation.

4.3. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.

5. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1. Participants must:

- Provide accurate personal information

- Obtain necessary travel documents and visas

- Arrange personal travel insurance

- Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements

5.2. Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct aligned with the UniVerse of Aelia Kos values.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

6.1. By Company:

- Full refund if the Experience is cancelled by the Company

- Alternative dates or experiences may be offered

6.2. By Participant:

- 90+ days before: 80% refund

- 60-89 days before: 50% refund

- Less than 60 days: No refund

- Transfer to another participant may be possible subject to approval

7. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

7.1. The Company is not liable for:

- Personal injury or property damage

- Travel delays or cancellations

- Lost or stolen items

7.2. Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

8. MEDIA AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1. The Company may photograph and record the Experience.

8.2. By participating, you grant us permission to use your image and likeness in promotional materials.

8.3. All materials provided during the Experience are intellectual property of the Company.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

9.1. Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information and business discussions.

9.2. Sharing of Experience content on social media is encouraged within reasonable limits.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Baar, Switzerland.
