1. Introduction

Welcome to the UniVerse Club Experiences — private, curated gatherings designed to bridge conscious leadership, connection, and transformation.
By completing your pre-booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Pre-Booking Offer

Pre-booking prices are available only within the time frame indicated on the official offer page.

Your pre-booking can be directed toward any upcoming UniVerse Experience, provided you notify our team in advance and within the validity period of your credit.

3. Payment & Credit Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. However, if any major inconvenience arises preventing your participation, you may transfer your credit to another UniVerse Experience within one (1) year of your original purchase, as long as you notify our team at least 30 days in advance in writing.

Payments confirm your commitment to participate and secure your place in the selected Experience.

4. Inclusions

Each pre-booking includes accommodation and meals for one (1) participant for the full duration of the Experience.
Guests may bring a plus one only if values and intentions are aligned and upon advance written approval from our team. Additional charges may apply.

5. Participation Guidelines

Participants are expected to uphold the spirit and values of the UniVerse Club community — respect, presence, integrity, and discretion.

Participation is by invitation and approval only, ensuring alignment within the collective field.

6. Changes & Cancellations

The organizers reserve the right to adjust program details, facilitators, or locations as needed to ensure the quality of the Experience.

In the rare case that an event is cancelled by Mindful Experience GmbH, participants will be offered the choice to transfer their credit to another Experience.

7. Responsibility & Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own travel, health, and personal insurance.
Mindful Experience GmbH is not liable for personal injury, property loss, travel delays, or other unforeseen incidents during the Experience.

8. Media & Privacy

Moments from the Experience may be photographed or filmed for community and promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used respectfully in this context.
Any personal or business information shared by participants is to be treated with discretion and confidentiality.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with jurisdiction in Baar, Switzerland.
