Terms & Conditions – UniVerse Experience Pre-Booking

1. Non-Refundable Payment
All pre-bookings are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you confirm your intention to participate in an upcoming UniVerse Experience curated by the UniVerse of Aelia Kos.

2. Credit Transfer Policy
If your schedule does not allow you to attend the suggested experience, your credit can be transferred to another UniVerse Experience within 1 year of your original booking—provided you notify us in writing at least 30 days before the announced event start date. No transfers will be granted after this period.

3. Transfer of Booking
Your booking is personal and cannot be transferred to another individual without prior written approval. All transfer requests will be reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

4. Inclusions
This pre-booking includes accommodation and meals for one (1) participant for the full duration of the UniVerse Experience.
You may request to bring a plus one, provided they align with the values and ethos of the UniVerse of Aelia Kos. This must be communicated in advance and is subject to approval by our team. Additional fees may apply.

5. Exclusions
The price does not include flights, visas, local transportation, travel insurance, or personal expenses. You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements to and from the experience location.

6. Event Details Disclosure
The exact location, dates, and experience theme will be revealed at a later stage. By pre-booking, you agree to step in before these details are shared, trusting the curated alignment process that follows.

7. Participation Responsibility
These experiences involve immersive personal and professional activation. By booking, you confirm that you are physically, emotionally, and mentally ready to engage in a high-frequency, transformational environment and that you accept full responsibility for your participation.

8. Changes or Cancellations by Organizer
In the unlikely case of event cancellation or date change by the organizer, your booking will be fully credited toward a future UniVerse Experience.

9. Communication & Updates
All official communication will be sent to the email address provided at booking. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and monitored.
