Travel duration from Athens airport by car: 2 hours approx.
Important Notes:
A./ We recommend car rentals from Athens airport for easier access and flexibility.
B./ If you wish to share the ride, we are happy to connect you to the most appropriate travel buddy closer to the date.
C./ You can't reach the venue only by following the google pin!
We will be sharing the exact details about how to reach the property in our Telegram group the days prior the arrival.
Question 2: What’s best to bring along?
Here is a detailed list of what to bring with you so you are fully prepared:
• cozy clothes to feel at home
• fancy outfit for the celebration night
• swim wear to jump in the pool
• warm jacket for the fresh nights
• hiking shoes to explore the forest
• yoga mat & props if needed
• your sacred objects for the altar (optional)
• your instrument if you play one (optional)
• anything else you'd like to share with the group

Question 3: Will food and drinks be provided?
During the event we co-create our own culinary experience.
We provide the ingredients, you bring the art of cooking.
All ingredients are locally sourced and delicious enhancing the connection to the land of Greece.
The week prior to the experience you will be asked to choose a cooking slot (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and a recipe to cook for the group. For the rest of the meals you will be receiving from others.
You will be informed in the Telegram group for your cooking team and further details.
Important:
If you have any food restrictions and allergies kindly let us know at least 5 days prior to the experience so we can arrange the groceries accordingly and inform the others.
Question 4: Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
To get prepared we suggest that you welcome inner quest regarding your intention to join as well as the tangible arrangements needed in order to be fully present without distractions for an entire experience.
You will be invited in a 1:1 intention call with Aelia Kos at your convenient time.
Four weeks prior to the experience we will start sharing prompts in the Telegram group.
Please make sure you are connected to the group and take some time to explore the threads so you can kick start your transformation even before stepping in.
During the experience there are only have two requirements:
1./ Be fully present
2./ Be fully yourself
You can leave the rest to us and the UniVerse ;)
Question 5: Can I invite a guest to join me?
You absolutely can!
Your booking includes access to a selected plus on, as long as they remain under your discernment for being a positive addition to the group and you are able to share your accommodation with them.
Both single or double occupancy is possible with prior arrangement.

Question 6: What can I expect after the experience?
The real magic starts after!
Beyond this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, the connections created during the experience will be creating ripples for years after and we are personally committed to foster all personal introductions that can help you reach your next level personally and professionally.

The magical estate that will be our home during this experience is calling its new owner and it can be you. 400 acres or private land, 1,5 hours from Athens airport, 2 private villas, 20 wild horses and it's own water are only some of the magic this place holds.

Question 7: What happens if I need to cancel?
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
• If you cancel 90 days or more before the experience: 80% refund
• If you cancel 60-89 days before the experience: 50% refund
• If you cancel less than 60 days before the experience: No refund
Important notes:
- You may transfer your spot to another participant, subject to our approval
- If we cancel the experience, you will receive a full refund
- We may offer alternative dates or experiences in case of cancellation from our side
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment
