Day 0 – Arrival & Opening the Flow
Balinese Melukat purification ceremony in sacred waters, guided by local priests.
Opening circle beneath the manta-shaped bamboo shala — invoking trust and fluidity.
Day 1 – Water as Mirror
Descent to the sanctuary through 360 cliffside steps leading to Intaaya’s private beach.
Reflection circle on emotional clarity and collective flow.
Day 2 – Depths of Trust
Water therapy in the salt pool, surrender practices, and an open dialogue on “Trust as the New Currency” in leadership and business.
Day 3 – Ripples of Change
Founders’ Sharing Circle — a space for visionary creators to share the invisible challenges of building new systems.
Celebratory evening concert under the stars, curated with local musicians.
Day 4 – Integration & Departure
Closing ritual at sunrise. Anchoring trust into body and purpose before reemerging into the world.

Meals at Intaaya are farm-to-table, crafted from ingredients harvested hours before each meal from the retreat’s regenerative farm.
Plant-based creations are prepared with reverence and presence — an offering to both body and planet.

Question 1: How do I get to the venue?
The experience takes place at Intaaya, on the island of Nusa Penida, just off the coast of Bali.
To arrive, you’ll travel:
✈️ Fly to Denpasar (DPS) — Bali’s international airport.
🚗 Drive approximately 2 hours to Kusamba Harbour.
🚤 Take a 30-minute boat to Sampalan Harbour (Nusa Penida).
🚙 Enjoy a 1-hour scenic drive to Intaaya.
We recommend arriving in Bali no later than 1:30 PM on July 23 to safely catch the last 5 PM boat.
Return flights should depart after 8:30 PM on July 27 to allow comfortable travel.
Our coordination team will support you with detailed transfer options once your booking is confirmed.
Question 2: What’s best to bring along?
• Lightweight, breathable clothing for tropical weather
• Comfortable walking shoes or sandals for natural terrain
• Swimwear and a light shawl for ceremonies
• A reusable water bottle and eco-friendly toiletries (no single-use plastic)
• Notebook or journal for reflections
• Minimal technology — we invite presence over connection
All essentials are provided on site, including organic amenities, towels, and purified drinking water.
Question 3: Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes — all meals and beverages are included.
Intaaya’s kitchen operates on a regenerative, farm-to-table philosophy, with most ingredients harvested daily from its own gardens. Meals are plant-based with occasional sustainably sourced fish, and drinks include fresh juices, herbal infusions, and spring or atmospheric water. Alcohol is not served during ceremonies.
Important:
If you have any food restrictions and allergies kindly let us know at least 5 days prior to the experience so we can arrange the meals accordingly.
Question 4: Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
To get prepared we suggest that you welcome inner quest regarding your intention to join as well as the tangible arrangements needed in order to be fully present without distractions for an entire experience.
You will be invited in a 1:1 intention call with Aelia Kos at your convenient time.
Four weeks prior to the experience we will start sharing prompts in the Telegram group.
Please make sure you are connected to the group and take some time to explore the threads so you can kick start your transformation even before stepping in.
During the experience there are only have two requirements:
1./ Be fully present
2./ Be fully yourself
You can leave the rest to us and the UniVerse ;)
Question 5: Can I invite a guest to join me?
Participation is by invitation and interview only. Each applicant is personally reviewed to ensure energetic and intentional alignment with the group field.
If you believe someone in your circle may be an excellent fit, please indicate this during your application, and our team will reach out for a private conversation.
For approved guests sharing the same double accommodation, a reduced participation rate may apply.
This option is available upon request and subject to our team’s confirmation to ensure that both individuals are aligned with the retreat’s purpose and atmosphere.
Question 6: What can I expect after the experience?
The real magic starts after.
Beyond the five days in Nusa Penida, the relationships and insights formed during Ripples of Change will continue to unfold long after we leave the island.
Our team remains committed to fostering introductions and collaborations that support your personal and professional evolution — so that what begins here becomes a ripple that expands for years to come.
For those who wish to deepen their integration on site, one-on-one sessions with our facilitators and mentors can be arranged directly during or immediately following the retreat. These private sessions are designed to translate your experience into tangible clarity, direction, and alignment for the next chapter of your journey.
And even further…
Participants who feel called to explore long-term presence in Indonesia will have the opportunity, under previous arrangement by email, to visit and discuss exclusive off-market real estate opportunities curated in partnership with our local allies. These visits can be organized privately after the retreat and are reserved for members and guests already part of the UniVerse Club network.

Question 7: What happens if I need to cancel?
All UniVerse Experience bookings are non-refundable, as each reservation confirms your personal commitment and secures one of the limited spaces available.
However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise.
If you are unable to attend, your full credit can be transferred to another UniVerse Experience within one (1) year of your original purchase — provided that you notify our team in writing at least 30 days prior to the start date of the event.
Credits are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by our team in writing.
In the rare event that the Experience is cancelled or rescheduled by Mindful Experience GmbH, you will have the option to transfer your credit to another upcoming Experience of your choice.
