Your credit of €2,500 remains valid indefinitely and can be applied to any future UniVerse Experience.

You are under no pressure to attend a specific date—you step in when the timing and resonance are right.

If you choose to wait, we will keep you informed of upcoming locations and dates, and you will retain your early-access rate.

Due to the highly curated nature of the work and limited spaces, all pre-bookings are non-refundable, but fully transferable to future Experiences or to another aligned individual in your network, subject to our discretion.

Yes. You are welcome to bring a plus one—a business partner, spouse, or trusted friend—at no extra cost, as long as you are comfortable sharing the same room.

Their participation must be aligned with the intention of the field and approved by our team in advance.

Following the Experience, you will receive personalized integration support and continued access to the UniVerse network.

For 30 days, we also facilitate bespoke introductions to individuals who may support your mission, collaboration goals, or investment vision.

If we sense a deep resonance between your path and the ethos of the UniVerse of Aelia Kos, you may be invited to join our private membership club, where we offer hyper-personalized support and curated opportunities throughout the year.

This is by invitation only, and not contingent on attending the Experience.
